2. Build Leadership Skills

• Take on a leadership role by mentoring younger grades, guiding them through academic challenges, and setting them on a path to success.
• Develop skills like communication, organization, and problem-solving that will benefit you in school, college, and beyond.
• Gain experience in teaching, mentoring, and leading—skills that stand out on resumes and college applications.

3. Earn Community Service Hours

• Your time spent tutoring and supporting younger students will count toward your required community service hours.

5. Join the "Teach the World Collaborative"

• Top-performing Student Ambassadors can join our Teach the World Collaborative, where you’ll represent TeachApp.org as an international ambassador.
• Lead groups or districts, support other peer tutors, and collaborate with students and educators from around the world.
• Take your leadership to the next level by helping develop a global culture of learning and mentorship.

As a Student Ambassador, you’ll:

• Tutor Younger Grades: Provide homework help, project guidance, and academic support to younger students in areas where they need assistance.
• Mentor Students: Offer encouragement, advice, and strategies to help them build strong study habits and confidence.
• Foster Academic Growth: Share your knowledge and experiences to inspire younger students to achieve their full potential.

This program is open to high school students in grades 9 through 12 who are:

• Passionate about helping others succeed academically.
• Interested in teaching, mentoring, or leadership roles.
• Ready to make a difference in their schools, communities, and beyond.

Younger students often look up to high schoolers as role models. As a peer closer in age, you can connect with them in ways that traditional educators might not. Your unique perspective, skills, and enthusiasm will:

• Encourage them to overcome academic struggles.
• Help them develop habits for lifelong learning.
• Show them that with the right support, they can succeed in any subject.
